Hendrick helps Suppliers and Retailers easily connect, share products, orders, and fulfillments.

You will find all required information to get started with our platform. We have divided the left menu up by trading step: partners, pricing, orders, fulfillments, and invoices. In each section, we will explain the basics of how they work.

We also use specific terminology your role in the trading partnership.

• If you are providing physical goods and shipping them, you are the supplier. Other terms include seller, brand or vendor.
• If you are creating the order (or passing it along for a dropship use case), you are the retailer. Other terms include buyer.
• If you're a distributor and are involved in both sides of a trade, you will need two accounts to handle each side of the trade.

We are a closed network. We won't make suppliers public to other retailers. Suppliers will use one account to work with retailers, but the invite flow won't indicate if they are on the network already. Our discovery product uses the public internet, not information from the network.

We also create guides that walk you through specific workflows. Guides either begin from a fresh account, or list our any assumptions at the top.
