Fulfillments

A fulfillment is the process of delivering a product to a customer. Each fulfillment represents a shipment of some or all of the line items in an order. Muliple fulfillments can be created for a single order. Multiple order can be included in a single fulfillment.

A fulfillment requires two main pieces of information:

• Carrier
• Tracking Code

In most cases, you will create your fulfillment in the Order Management System (OMS) or e-commerce platform. We will sync that information through to the retailer. The retailer's system will then send the tracking information to the customer.
