How to Comment on Orders between Suppliers and Retailers
Our goal is to provide a seamless experience with getting customers their goods that they ordered. From to time, retailers and suppliers need a way to communicate because something did not go according to plan. This is where the comment feature comes in.
On an order page, you can view a section called "Comments". Both the retailer and suppliers can comment on the order. This provides inline context to the specific order.
For some of our integrations such as, AliExpress or EDI (When the supplier isn't on the platform), we use it help provide information around issues. In the example above (and below), the supplier is letting the retailer know that a phone number and country code are required to create the order. Once this was corrected, the order was successful.
